Qualifications

Applicants must have previous (3-5 years) supervisory or management experience in the installation industry. Must have above average communication skills and be computer literate. Ideal candidates will have attention to detail, excellent planning and organizational skills and have a thorough understanding of project deadlines.

Other Requirements

Must pass background check and drug screen and have a valid drivers license.

Job Description

The Site Manager position is responsible for the following:

-Managing day to day operations of shop.

-Acting as liaison with local MSO and representing company at any and all necessary meetings and events.

-Must manage and supervisor field personnel to insure excellent customer service and high quality work is being delivered on behalf of the company.

-Must push and supervise QC process.

-Responsible for keeping office installation and TC metrics within desired limited.

-Oversee billing and invoicing for location.

-Must be responsible for keeping office operating within budget for a financially profitable shop.
