Tiered piece rates with bonus structure for triple cert techs. QC routes available for experienced tenured techs. Gas credits for jobs outside of routed area. We cover the entire Indianapolis Metro area and route techs accordingly to save gas $$
Qualifications
Applicants must be able to pass background check, drug screening, and have current DL and insurance. Work comp and GL preferred but not necessary. Applicant must be able to lift 60 lbs, have a great customer service attitude, and attention to details. Electrical, security, and military background move to top of the list. NCTI certifications guarantee top-tier pay. Will train/certify good candidates with no experience. Must be available some weekends.
Other Requirements
Technicians are independent contractors and must have truck, van, or SUV in overall good condition. Basic hand tools, specialty tools, and ladder required. Company has tool purchase program for specialty tools and ladders. All small parts, wire, and equipment provided. Also have JDSU and Trilithic meters available for purchase. Good attitude and work ethic required!
Job Description
Installation techs for Indianapolis Metro area provide all available services for BrightHouse Networks. Residential, commercial, MDU, and Quality Control work available. Technicians have access to lead technicians and supervisors for each area of the city for assistance. Technicians utilize smart phone PDA software which minimizes dispatch hold times as well as time spent per job. Instant installs available to ensure profitable routes every day. Competitive rates with average tech's commissions equaling $800-$1000 weekly and above average experienced techs $1500-$1800+ every week. Only 12 spots available, once they are filled we will no longer accept applications. Hotel accommodations available for experienced technicians willing to relocate.
