Cable Installation Regional Project Manager (Kansas City Area)

Summary:
The Cable Installation Regional Manager oversees technicians and ensures that quality installations and excellent service are being performed. This position will oversee the installations, upgrades and repairs of residential cable products and services. This individual will need to be business minded and aware of P&L statements, wages, equipment, and business management driven.
Tasks:
• Implement standard safety training and maintains daily safety inspection issues.
Manages schedule coordination and ensures the proper completion of all scheduled or on-demand service or maintenance work by coordinating and mentoring team on fair and business practical methods.
• Reviews and coordinates nightly check-in and rotates On-Call schedules.
• Ensures systems and staff are able to respond to the demands of new technology deployment through demonstrative methods.
• Analyzes operations and performance to assure operations efficiencies through productivity, QC and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinates department responses to customer and department issues with a strong sense of urgency.
• Knowledge and ability to install all types of cable and run service calls to completion to provide accurate training of supervisors and technicians.
• Complies with all OSHA safety measures.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion of matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
• Performs and conducts annual reviews along with providing an ongoing open communications with to include coaching, mentoring and career development on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
