Job Description
WiseConnect is seeking Customer Premise Technicians for work in Las Vegas, NV.
Requirements include:
1. Perform installation and maintenance functions inside the premise to include install, maintain, repair, remove, rearrange, test, troubleshoot, analyze and program services related to Voice, HSI, Networking, work from the Networking Interface Device (NID) into the customer premise.
2. Re-configure, maintain, set-up and troubleshoot customer's wireless/wired premise networking devices including but not limited to modems, printers, LAN peripherals, set top boxes and other customer premise communication devices linked to the customers network.
3. Connect /detach all inside wiring, jacks and cables to customer equipment including routers, modems, computers and customer entertainments systems.
4. Coordinate service and/or repair issues with test/dispatch centers and other employees.
5. Receive service orders/repair tickets and perform associated work.
6. Complete associated work within Company specified time requirements.
7. Interact with customers professionally, discuss and explain service orders, provide training to customers on how to use new equipment, repairs, billing information with customers. Evaluate customer needs and make referrals of Company products and services on all contacts with customers.
8. We'll train candidates that show a willingness to learn.
Techs must have own truck and tools including cell phone and laptop with Windows XP or Windows 7.
