Techs needed in Dunnellon/Inverness, Leesburg/The Villages/Lake County/Orlando Areas

Upon completion of Background Check, Drug Screen and Issuance of Client Identification(Comcast ID). This process could take up to 2 weeks to complete for experienced techs.
Pay
1099 position and technicians are paid by piece pay pricing. First check is 3 weeks from start date and weekly from that date on.
Qualifications
Must be able to pass an extensive background check NO FELONIES. Must pass drug screen. Must be able to communicate both written and verbal. Cable installation experience, NCTI/Jones certification & FASA/BASA a plus but not necessary. Must reside or be willing to relocate to area. No housing or housing expenses provided at this time.
Other Requirements
Must have own TRUCK/VAN/SUV. Must have proper ladder rack and a 28' and 6' FIBERGLASS ladders. All hand tools including but not limited to hammer drills, cable cutters, and screwdrivers necessary to complete the job. Other cable related tools such as crimpers,strippers and terminating tools can be acquired through the company if needed. Your own JDSU Meter a plus but can be leased through the company. Safety equipment will be required.
Job Description
TelTech Communications LLC is seeking Experienced Cable Installers for Comcast systems in Florida.
This is a long term position making good money weekly.
Must be able to use and be familiar with All hand tools including but not limited to hammer drills, cable cutters,screwdrivers , and other cable related tools such as crimpers,strippers and terminating tools
necessary to complete the job.
Duties include:
• Installation of cable TV services into residential homes.
• Installing overhead drops and outlets to service residential homes
• Connecting equipment to customer TV's, Computers ETC
• Direct contact with customers in the home, Good communication and
customer service skills a MUST
• Configuring advanced services to customers equipment
• Service call and trouble shooting skills needed in the field
Requirements:
• Must be able to pass Background and Drug screening
• Good driving record
• Ability to repetitively lift 70 pounds
• Ability to carry a 28’ ladder from truck to pole 5-15 times a day
• Ability to use a drill for extended periods of time during the day
• Ability to work in tight spaces such as a crawl space of a house
There is NO paid training.
But are willing to train the right candidate(s).
If extensive training is needed, hiring process could take up to 5 weeks to complete.
