Qualifications
High School Graduate. At least 1 year of Triple Play installation experience required. Computer and WI FI Router set up experience required. Must have exceptional customer relation/service experience.
Other Requirements
We are looking for self sufficient installers with all the necessary truck, ladder rack, safety equipment, laptop, smart phone, meters to complete each and every job. We maintain over 95 percent passing QCs in this system. We are a small company with a great reputation that we work hard to maintain. We are looking for QUALITY and not quantity. You will have 4-5 install jobs per day. We have been working with this MSO since 2010 and all we ask id for consistency.
Job Description
JOB FUNCTIONS:
Installing Digital cable TV - High Speed Data - Phone - inside and out of residential customers.
Performs installs, upgrades, downgrades, Post wiring which may include wall fishes.
Install drops, outlets, converters, cable modems, dtas, WIFI and other cable system devices.
Measuring, recording and balancing cabling to maintain signal levels within spec.
Maintaining, securing and accounting for equipment inventories. Tech is responsible for equipment inventory and balancing out weekly.
Preparation of paperwork accurately for billing purposes.
Ability to Carry and climb and maneuver an 80-pound, 28-foot extension ladder. Must follow OSHA safety standards and use cones, hard hat, safety glasses, vest, belt and harness. Work with hand and power tools.
Work in all types of weather conditions and attics.
Complete a quality installation every time.
Present a positive, professional, and courteous image to our customers
Accurately complete essential paperwork.
Have a strong work ethic relating to quality and attendance.
