Job Description
Berry-It Inc, a Kokomo-based company, is seeking motivated individuals with a clean and professional appearance to complete service-drop burials in a quality, timely manner.
-General Job Description:
2-Person crew (1 Leader, 1 Helper) will bury phone/cable/fiber drops from main service connections to exteriors of residences and businesses. Job also includes sidewalk and driveway bores. New-Hires will be specifically trained on-site by manager. This will be in Kokomo and surrounding areas. (Peru, Marion, Anderson, New Castle, etc)
-Hours:
50 hrs/wk, 7a-5p Mon-Fri
-Compensation/Benefits:
$12/Hr for someone with experience who is able to hit the ground running.
40-50 Hrs/Wk with OT paid over 40 hrs. (7a-5p Mon-Fri)
$4.95 Production Bonus for each properly completed job. Crews must complete 25+ jobs per week.

3 PTO days/year after 90-day period.
6 Paid holidays/year after 90-day period.
1 week paid vacation after 1 year period.
