Qualifications
Foreman - Class “A” CDL -Proficient with directional bore locator, directional bore rig, utility locator and mini excavator. Operator - Verifiable 3 yrs. Experience operating directional bore rig and mini excavator, Class “A” or “B” CDL, ability to operate directional bore locator as well as utility locator. Operate other equipment including trenchers, plows, backhoes, or drop plow machine. Labor/Drops - Valid Iowa license preferable Class “B” or Class “A” CDL within 90 days of employment.
Other Requirements
Verifiable minimum 1+ years’ experience, CDL Preferred, Minimum Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain Class A CDL within 90 days of employment, ability to complete daily project updates and regular equipment and vehicle inspections. All employees must be dependable, willing to work in all weather situations, team player able to work with others, able to follow directions, willing to perform any and all job functions as needed.

Pay dependant on experience / negotiable ($11-$25 per hour) – Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance, 401K, Paid Holidays, Vacation, and Company Bonus Plan, Company Cell Phone, and Overtime is Available. Will pay per diem to travel. Willing to hire entire crews or individuals.

Verifiable minimum 1+ years’ experience, CDL Preferred, Minimum Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain Class A CDL within 90 days of employment, ability to complete daily project updates and regular equipment and vehicle inspections. All employees must be dependable, willing to work in all weather situations, team player able to work with others, able to follow directions, willing to perform any and all job functions as needed.
Foreman: ($17-$25 per hour)
Class “A” CDL -Proficient with directional bore locator, directional bore rig, utility locator and mini excavator. Understanding of basic OSHA regulations. Ability to identify seen and unforeseen obstacles and make safe judgment calls to completing project. Be able to read and understand prints; work with crew and customers in a professional manner. Able to coordinate project in a manner to maximize efficiency. Willing to take direction as well as giving direction to those on crew. Responsible for restoration of project site.
Directional Bore Operator: ($14-21 per hour)
Verifiable 3 yrs. Experience operating directional bore rig and mini excavator, Class “A” or “B” CDL, ability to operate directional bore locator as well as utility locator. Operate other equipment including trenchers, plows, backhoes, or drop plow machine.
Drop Plow Crew or Laborer: ($11-16 per hour)
Valid Iowa license preferable Class “B” or Class “A” CDL within 90 days of employment. Working knowledge of both left handed and right handed shovel. Ability to operate other equipment including mini excavator, trencher, or drop plow machine.
