Job Description
Strong, stable company with national presence is actively seeking to add a Site Manager for our Oklahoma market in the Oklahoma City Office.
This position has many facets and other duties as assigned. However, we have identified the following core responsibilities:
PRIMARY DUTIES
-Manage the day to day operations of the business, maintaining compliance with all required laws and company requirements.
-Aggressively work with technicians and in-house staff to maintain the highest level of service to our customers.
-Create and execute a plan to work with technicians to maintain compliance with both company and customer performance requirements including, but not limited to: Service on Install %, Service on Service %, On Time %, Completion % etc. This piece is a critical component of this job.
-Address and guide safety and training programs.
-Assist the company in growing the business.
-Work closely with MSO to insure full client satisfaction with services.
-Address day to day issues and problems with urgency.
-Assist in keeping turnover rate low by maintaining a well functioning team with high employee satisfaction.
-Use basic accounting and business principles to keep business profitable and lean.
-Oversee warehouse procedures to ensure minimal equipment loss.
-Oversee fleet manager to ensure proper use and maintenance of company vehicles.
-Oversee dispatch team.
