i  Built a hydraulic a hydraulic one that worked of a front end loader that I still have. It would slip on the bale spear and has fwd and reverse. I did a bunch of wreckout( probably50 miles) years ago, but quickly found (per supervisor direction)that a cutoff wheels were alot faster for removing anchors.. So we dug down a foot or 2 and wacked them off.
.They use hydro models for setting mobile home anchors.. I think a 3 point hitch pole hole digger works well too for setting them. Just alot to haul around.
