The problem is they keep adding requirements, with no added line items for the added time & work they are demanding!!!

I've been doing all these node opt's & cut overs all year and making decent money when we worked.
Not what it should be, but I'm only making a small profit because of so many off days.
Now all of a sudden they are buying a different node and my meter is not acceptable.
So I have to get a new meter, and do more steps for free!!!
They waste our time daily.
They screw up jobs, and when we show up as required, can't do the work, and get jack for fuel, travel & time!!!
If I screw up a project, you can bet your ass my guys got paid.
I'm just frustrated because I geared up for all this work, and getting treated like crap.

I know how it sounds, but 9 of 10 of the guys in the field are horrible.
I wouldn't let any of these other contractors on my project if I was prime.
Construction has been poor, the prep guys are hacks, and nothing pisses me off more than the guy next to me getting the same pay, and he's not fit to carry my bucket!!!

I just miss the appreciation & respect the customers showed us 20 years ago.
They actually knew & admited there was no way in hell they could do the work with out us.
