They not only want you to be a fully equipped Fiber Splicer for those crappy rates, but also a Copper phone tech as well.
So they want a multi cable trained tech, with all tools, trucks, etc and they want to pay them what an in-house phone tech makes, and pay even less OT rate than what they would make...
Id love to have a talk with the idiot who takes that job. I guess if you are desperate.... But the only reason youd be desperate is if you arent very good, and have been kicked out of everywhere else. In that case, I hope they enjoy there new tech...
