The word is Spectrum is getting rid of contractors for installs in the Northern ny division. There has been little to no work for two months. Spectrum is scheduling out work longer than normal to accomidate their in-house techs. All Spectrum does is lie to the contractors to keep them stringing along. They are also telling their sales persons to schedule self installs for the customers.
