In the northern NY spectrum market we do not get paid if we bury the drop on an install... And yes Spectrum will screw us contractors on almost eveything they can. If a customer is transfering a triple play and spectrum makes the work order a single play we can no longer have the service code changed to a triple play. we have to summit paper work and hope we get paid on the back end of billing....
