We got power zone certification,  there we three of us . Ran fiber one foot over neutral,  and open secondary. Set joint owned  poles in power. Took a test and passed it on, what was hot , what was , single  phase  , three phase,  open secondary,  triplex,  when does  a neutral become hot .feed two way or one way  ,transmission  versus distribution,   etc ,etc . Then had to take a class that cost 1800.00 per person  with a minimum of ten people and no more then ten.  The class was about safty .glove testing . Voltage  and ark.. mats for drivers and ground workers . Grounding of trucks and tools.  Checking the Grounding.  Bucket truck safety / tipping point , emergency  lowering by lineman  or ground man ( had to have  ground man certified)   bucket truck flyover  for safty with a daily  job zone analysis walk through for all on the job personal  and scope of work .Every one on the job has to have the daly # to the closest hospital !   Address  is critical for the zone. , etc. Etc  voltage detctetors if down  lines .
