I'm sure there is a form for that. Try to rectify the problem with vendor if you can. If not let your CPA take care of it.
In short keep up with money received and report it, regardless if you receive a 1099 for it or not. Don't think if you didn't get a 1099 you don't have to show it. Someone is keeping up with it I promise you. Good luck
