what is the initial $$$ price they sent you.  How far do you have to travel to this project, do you have required insurance to work on your own, who provides all the prep material, do you have to document the splice, is it OSP or ISP, how soon  will you be paid for your work, does the project have prints showing location of splices.  just to much unknown for anyone to give you a good price.  If you did it for $30 bucks before and was happy with that, then let that be your guide to your desired rate.  Keep Safe/Good Luck: Microman.
