Sorry MicroMan. Never is a long time. I’ve been working in this trade for 4 decades and I do have a 4 year degree, BSEE.  Over the years, I have worked with other 4 year college grads as well. But I’m with you on the bean counters.  I have never seen a bean counter out working other than short term to make a point.
