Wulzcat Fiber and Stolen Trailers

it seems that two different crews working for wulzcat fiber have had trailers that were stolen in Puerto Rico, found in their possession in Panama City Florida. One crew had the police called while they were trying to get away with the trailer that was stolen, when they were confronted by the trailer owner. Seven or eight police cruisers cornered the T40. Stacey Woolsey the owner of Wulzcat Fiber was called to the scene of the stolen trailer by the police officers that had pulled over his truck. He arrived with fake buyers receipts saying he purchased the trailer in question in Vermont in 2017. It turns out the owner of the trailer had pictures of his trailer know the second trailer story well. It was my trailer and I am the one that found it and called the police to secure its return. It’s a drag that the police would not arrest him, because the trailers were stolen in Puerto Rico, the Puerto Rican police have to agree to transport him to Puerto Rico to stand trial there. Which means he probably will not get charged for stealing them and never stand trial for stealing them. That part stinks, just be careful who you work for, if the trailers are stolen from here and you are driving his truck, YOU ARE IN POSSESION OF STOLEN PROPERTY whether you know it or not, you could be the one going to jail on a felony charge of receiving stolen property.... please be aware of who you work for and where they get their tools and equipment from
