Re: Is Tennessee Totally Tenant-less?

I guess it depends on what market you were living in when in NC and where you are moving to in TN. Charlotte and Raleigh-Durham, NC can't be referenced to Crossville and Celina, TN due to the population and other factors. If you want similar statistics try Knoxville, Memphis or Nashville areas.

If you are looking to do drop related stuff, it will not be same as hardline/fiber construction needs and the opposite.

Lastly, many rural companies in TN already have a relationship with long used local contracting companies that have been around for years. I'd look at the local contractors being used by your current area(s) if you do not want to travel.

Not every cable job in the industry is listed on the Cable Bar. As am matter of fact, many folks do not even consider looking on it for employment (no disrespect to the Bar or users of it) due to some of the characters it recycles through posts and ads. The Bar is a great tool but you still need to do your own research on both posters and repliers. In other words, "Don't put all your eggs in one basket".
