That's why I'm here, I need a new guy and I figured if someone in the same business had a guy he should have a clue??

There used to be a CATV installer code that my guy used, but I screwed up telling him I was doing field engineering.
My thinking was no climbing, no digging would be quick, easy & cheaper.
I should have said I'm doing the same as before, but I got cheap and now I'm paying for it :(
