This storm created more Underground equipment water problems than aerial work, maybe if tree came down on the aerial lines but the wind was not that bad. IF the storm was really bad, lots of downed lines, In most cases the MSO is waiting to deceide to redesign and re build with fiber instead of coax as Insurance will be paying for all damages. If though insurance pays for it...they will want to pay you peanuts on unit instead of by the hours, like power and tel co pay.
Any time you got a storm..it's best not to jump the gun, just make contact with the owner/mso and let them know you have crews when they are ready.
