I meet with a guy with emergency management services. He said it will be several weeks if not a month or two for any work to start. Right now is only rescue work rescueing people that are still stranded in flood waters that didnt leave when given the warning to leave. Then get the water level to receed then power lines up and trees cut before any cable work to begin. He also said there are a lot of people just sitting around and does not understand why so many people are there for cable when the water levels are still high. There are not any hotels as the red cross has people staying in them now.
