I once had the contract for new aerial installs..one of my black installer was acused of assault on a white chick..he denied it..no legal action taken. however they pulled my contract, brought in another contractor...he hired all my men..to include the damn black dude. That was the last of me doing any type of inside work..I prefer aerial as I don't have to hide mistakes by going underground. I wouldn't leave a Waffle House to do a $30 UG drop.
