Charter has to be the worst run cable company... they have stripped the ablity for contractors to work freely. We can no longer see our full route for the day. they only allow us to see two jobs at a time.. we can't see how much equipment for the day, leaving us to scramble. And they won't tell us either. I thought we were supposed to be there service partners. What a joke. With one hour time frames, it gives us barley any time to do the job, then travel 30 mins to the next job. We used to be able to change time frames but not anymore even though they like to double up jobs in one time frame. I work in the northern NY market, any other Charter/spectrum contractors having the same problems..
I always said to the guys cable companies will never get rid of contractors, they will just make it harder on us until we quit.
