Re: Strand installation question.

After you tighten the strand rap it with your bell wrench and watch to see if the shock waves come back to you quickly.  Then after you string your fiber sag it in to the 2% sag (follow other comms on pole, just not any large telco with the huge sag) once you do a couple of runs you will get the feel of it.
