When I was a project Manager, for Warner Amex, in the early 80's on the west coast I had to evaluate the diferent systems for rebuild. Some of these systems on the coast where so bad you could take sections of starnd and snap it in your hands, they where so corroded it was scary.I don.t recall if it was Korean strand or not.
