Your right on with your views...great information for a guy just starting out.  If your planning on starting a company, get yourself a good lawyer you can trust and feel comfortable with,  a good banking repr you can talk to....and a good accountant.  There is always a right and a wrong in business...but you can operate in the Gray Area if you have the best of the 3 mentioned above.  Just remember...you can not afford to fight with the IRS.  Keep Safe, Keep out of jail: Microman best to you
