The primes are causing the issue throughout the industry and I do not understand the thinking, just bidding jobs to win instaed of understanding that the job needs to be completed in a safe, quality and professionla manner. Most of the customers(ATT, Comcast, Charter) are requiring trucks less than 6 years old proper insurance and all the rest. As a sub to a prime we need to be able to afford these fees and the cost of doing business I refuse to accept a job, project or assignment unless I can cover all my cost, provide for my employees and make a living.
