Re: AT&T in ST. Louis

I was the prime contractor in E St Louis/Cahokia for Scientfic Atlanta who was doing a turnkey...don't know who owned the systems at that time....I'm thinking earlier 80's
MicroMan.  As for S Charles NW of St Louis...I was prime for Bob Bailey...don't now who owned that system either, but I dealt with Ken Harshburger who worked for Bailey. Bailey use to be in charge of Group W...I also built for them.
