if they cant find an employer to do a wage garnishment , which if
you are 1099 employee probably doesnt apply, the end result will
be them placing a Levy against any bank account you have, or if you
have shared account with ANYONE and your Social Security number is
attached to it they will freeze your assets and you will find out once
you try to access your account. a lot of employers these day will
terminat your employment if they dont want the hassle of dealing with garnisments, seen it happen.
