Comcast is rebuilding the entire Davidson county which includes Nashville and Ervin Cable Construction is the Prime. The architecture is what they refer to by Node plus Zero, meaning no amplifiers after the optical Node.
I believe the overbuild that was being done by the " search engine outfit " has slowed down to a crawl..
