I'm not trying to be sarcastic or a smart ass but if you don't know how to bid on a project for a company are you really ready to take on the job?? First of all are you trying to be a prime contractor, if so good luck the, the vetting process is pretty stringent,or are you going for a sub from the prime? Get in touch with somebody from the company and ask them what their proceedure is. Good luck
