These are not the old days... If you want to turn down work because of 1hr time frames, you might as well find a new job...
The time frames suck but we make them work(sometime with 20 min drive time between jobs.) Our bosses are good to us and pay us on-time, so many tech deal with it.
If spectrum gets rid of contractors(which has been said every year for the past 20yrs) customers would be on a three week waiting list...in house tech do 60 points a day.. I do 150-200 points if the work is there..
