My goat

Three guys walking across a corn field when they stumbled upon an abandoned well.One guy says,I wonder how deep that abandoned well is?They look around for something to drop down the well when one guy noticed an old transmission.So they threw the transmission down the whole when all of a sudden this goat comes running by and jumps right down that well.A minute later an old guy comes by looking for the goat.They tell him the goat came running by and jumped in the well.The old man says.I don't see how that could happen.i had him tied to a transmission.
