Well Spectrum / Time Warner / Cablevision / Charter what ever eles they want to be called these days dont need to get rid of the contractors they are mostly leaving on there own. Tired of working for free cut overs side walks FREE Who wants to keep working for free crimpers strippers meter cost money boring rodes cost money When not using a ground rode for side walks. All along while Spectrum makes billions a year and pays there ceo 43 million dollars a year i think i read some where.
