He dropped me off st the first location and said call if you have any questions. I did 4 locations that night within the maintenance window and never looked back."


This scares me. This is why we see so many outages due to poor craftsmanship, any company that allows this deserves the outages. I'm not trying to knock you, I'm sure you are a real quick learner. However, to do quality work, with quality results, you need experience. Splicing is not difficult, but it is easy to screw up.
