i thought that was a everyday occorance under catv, we will move in do the production leave the shit work and roll. In the 35 years thats the only thing i have seen. looking in from the telecom side of the fence. We get a free ride on the pole's tear up the telco cables bust lashing wire, take forever to do transfers. We burry brops just under the sod don't mark drops within 15' of a ped. WOW the list goes on.
