Sammy Jeremy did almost the same thing to my team. He had sent contract and all other documents needed to be filled out and I spent a week harassing my insurance guy to get my endorsements written. I sent four crews that direction and was planning on coming myself after I honored my contract in Des Moines and then he calls the night of my departure and says none of us can come down. I asked about the guys who already arrived and he started talking about how he has work all over the world blah blah blah and never answered my questions about compensation for time lost and expenses. Dude is a real piece of work.
