I did the Huricane Andrews rebuild for Adelphia in Dade Cty back in 90's....it sucked, working huricane rebuild's on per unit pay out, should of been all hourly cost plus work. Today ...in Florida...you may as while call Dycom, as they own most construction companies in the cable business. If not Dycom...it will be Mastec.
