I tried to start a unified contractors association back in 1981, had maybe 13 contractors show up in KC for a meeting.  I was warned by the MSO's that I was trying to fix prices.  I wasn't trying to fix prices, I just wanted a fair price for the qualityof services being offered.  The MSO has no problem upping the rates on their subscribers..."EVERY YEAR", but a Cable Contractor is not allowed that luxuary.  You will "NEVER" get contractors to band together..."NEVER", I speak from 50 years in this trade...NEVER !!!!   MicroMan
