ARTC Incorporated Scam

Previously named Konnect Communications and owned by Mimoune Tahri and Terry Hearn. Currently hiring in DC, Denver, KC, Austin, Cleveland, and San Francisco. Headquarters is in Houston and they sometimes use a Chicago phone number to call from. Scammed almost 20 technicians and 2 managers out of an entire month of pay. Have written multiple bad checks and have submitted false invoicing to Wave Communications and Atlantic Broadband. Techs in San Francisco and Miami are owed thousands of dollars. Do not fall for the scam. Stay far away from these crooks.
