I was in Caracas with Super Cable in 1999 (after Frank had left) and later I worked with Charter SoCal KMA starting in the early 2003 and a Charter head end tech named Fred Gabaldon who had worked him Frank in Long Beach and claimed to still be in touch with him told me that Frank has passed away.
