Small operator RFOG or PON upgrade

I work for a small Mom & Pop, we are looking to push fiber deeper into the system and currently have a 72 count running to one area but are trying to find a good way to reduce cutting into it to pull off fibers to feed local taps. Wondering if anyone has any recent experience with any builds like these?
