Democratic plan calls for $20 Billion to expand wireline and wireless broadband, providing high speed and affordable services in underserved and/or unserved rural area's. Also part of the plan is to upgrade the 911 systems.
Some 40% of American's living in rural area's and 10% of those in urban area's..do not have access to broadband
Better Get Some...$20 billion won't last long once the Telephone companies get their hands on it.
