Is it just me?? R does management NOT have any exp

Just seems lately that office personal and management have no obvious hands on experience. Seems that they can ONLY explain what they see on paper. Of course when u get to the job it's way different than what's on paper!!! Between Google earthing it and what lil experience they have they say its a simple job. They have no clue. Still make decent money but u know they use to put ole timers in management spots FROM the field but now I guess reading from a book an crunching numbers so your bonus is rt has taken priority over quality. Just sayin, y'all have a nice day???????
