Fiber Broadband systems of today are not like the old coax cable tV systems of years ago. The one thing that I've always witnessed is that it's a team effort to get a system built on time, providing the client with quality workmanship, done in a timely manner and right the first time out.
It takes everyone working for a common goal...>Get R Done. Suprv-Engineers, Techs, Splicers, Foreman, crews and yes even the dam Grunt and WhsMan.
If you know a faster, easier, more durable way of doing a work task, share that idea, your be rewarded by others knowing and respecting you for your knowledge.
No matter how you do the job....just be safe, be professional, be the best in your trade.
