Re: Medicare Part D

A little off topic but lets think about social security also. When it was first introduced you paid in till you turned 65? What was the average life expectancy then? Its always been a suckers bet. As the life expectancy gets longer the longer you have to work.

I may be going off on a tangent here but lets think of William Randalph Hurst who for the most part is the aurthor of our modern education system. We learn to memorize facts that may not necessarily by facts just what the government wants us to believe.

And we learn just enough to be factory workers; cogs in a wheel. And never learn enough to question what we've learned. And we go about our little lives keeping our head down to get that "American dream" the 2.5 kids the new car and the house on a couldesac just as Norman Rockwell painted it on the cover of the Saturday Evening Post.

Well the factory jobs have been long gone and those houses dont exist anymore. If they ever did. We live our entire lives to be part of a "system" that is supposed to take care of us but never does. Social security, Veterns benefits, etc... and lets make everything coiled in bullshit paperwork that is designed to test your patience and keep thing from happening in a timely manner.

And since we were "taught" this is the way of the universe from our earliest years of education we may question it but still swallow it.
