That will be a problem for thousands!
I read and drive for a blind vet. When we go to the VA hospital he gets great care. However there are signs all over the place that this man cannot see or read. He has never owned a computer, cell phone or viewed a touch screen. He has a pretty dim HS education and cannot understand the medical jargon the docs sometimes use. He will not be able to navigate a paperless system.
