You wonder what rocket scientist sit down and figure this crap out, not every person, especially older seniors, have a cell phone.
I callled the VA today because all my info had been wiped out, history, medication etc. and i guess after they updated the site it wiped out thousands of Vets Info and they told me it could take up to 30 days to reset it.
